I just thought we should put out there a standard on donating to newbies.
If they pop up requesting and you don't recognize their name, check to see if they have any donations. If they do then fine but if not, only donate to them once and wait to see if they donate back before you donate to them multiple times.
This won't solve the problem of people showing up and getting one time donations and leaving but at least it helps balance things out for the longer term leeches. If everyone donated equally I wouldn't be shelling out elixir for 1300+ troops a week where people are mostly still on their first couple of levels of clan castle and can only take 5 or 10 at a time anyway.
